"Plenty of baggage allowance and no hassle"
I booked my trip with Neos and one of the things I appreciated most was how straightforward the baggage allowance was. It was clearly explained when I booked, so I knew exactly what I could bring and didn’t have to worry about any awkward surprises once I got to the airport. For my trip, the allowance was more than enough, which made packing a lot less stressful than usual. Check-in went smoothly, nobody questioned anything, and everything was handled without any issues. Overall, it was a easy and comfortable experience.

"Flight was fine, crew could’ve been warmer"
The flight itself was okay and everything went smoothly, so I don’t want to make it sound worse than it was. But the crew did come across a bit cold to me. They weren’t rude or anything, to be fair, just not very friendly or especially helpful. I’ve had better experiences before, so I was expecting a little more from Neos.

The crew onboard was actually really nice and the service was good. Makes you wonder why the whole experience can’t feel that smooth from the start, but once I was on the plane, they did a solid job.

The flight itself was fine, but the seats were average comfort-wise. They weren’t awful or anything, but after a couple of hours my back started feeling stiff and the legroom felt a bit tight. Anyway... I got through it, but I definitely wouldn’t say it was comfortable. For a longer trip, the seats could be better.

"Cabin was super clean"
Flew with Neos last week and the cabin was cleaner than I was expecting. The seats looked like they’d been wiped down, my tray table wasn’t sticky, and even the floor around my seat was tidy, which is always a nice suprise.
The bathrooms also stayed in decent shape for most of the flight, which I defintely notice on longer trips. It just made the whole flight feel more comfortable. No real complaints from me...
"Post-flight support was just okay"
The flight itself was totally fine, no real issues at all there. After the trip, I reached out to neosair.com because I needed some help with a receipt and a bit of baggage info.
The support team did eventually get back to me, but it took quite a bit longer than I expected, and I had to send a follow-up to get things moving. They did sort it out in the end, so it wasn’t awful, just not super smooth. I’d give it 3 stars...

My bag got lost, and they helped me track it down and get it back. If this happens to you, definitely reach out right away and keep any details or receipts handy, it made the whole process a lot easier.
"Changing my booking was more stressful than it should’ve been..."
I had to change my reservation it was more of a hassle than I expected. The site didn’t really show the fees clearly until later in the process, so I wasn’t sure what I was actually going to be charged... Support did eventually get back to me, but it took a while, and by then I was already stressed about it. The booking did get changed in the end, so I guess it worked out, but yeah... it just wasn’t a smooth experience.

"On-Time Flights, No Complaints"
Both of my flights left pretty much on time, which made the whole trip a lot less stressful. if you’re looking for a smooth and reliable travel experience, I’d say it’s worth considering.

"Payment went smoothly overall"
I booked through neosair.com and, based on how these things usually go, I expected the payment step to maybe be a bit annoying, but it was actually easy. My card details went through without any problem, and the confirmation email showed up a few minutes later. There was one moment where the page loaded slowly, so I assumed it might be stuck or still processing. Luckily, it went through in the end and I didn’t run into any extra issues.

"Clean plane and a comfortable flight"
I flew with Neos and the plane was in better shape than I expected. The seats were clean, the cabin didn’t have that worn-out feeling, and everything around me seemed to work fine. Nothing super fancy, but it felt well cared for and safe. Weirdly, I remember the little tray table latch because it clicked shut so neatly. Overall, it was a good experience.

"Refund was way faster than expected"
I had to cancel my booking and was worried the refund was going to take ages. I reached out to Neosair support, and they got back to me really quickly with what they needed from me.
The money showed up again in just a few days, and I didn’t have to keep chasing them or anything. It was all super straightforward and such a relief. I’d definitely use them again.

"Support was quick and reassuring"
I called the support team because I was a bit confused about my booking, and I wasn’t sure what to expect since I usually check reviews to see if others had a good experience first. The guy on the phone was really calm, explained things clearly, and got it sorted fast. I didn’t have to wait long either, which was a relief. Overall, I’m happy with the support
"Had to dig too much to feel comfortable"
I checked neosair.com before booking, i didn’t come away feeling very confident about the safety information they had posted.
A lot of the pages felt unclear, and I had to spend way more time clicking around than I expected just to find basic details. Maybe everything is fine, but it shouldn’t take that much effort to get some peace of mind.
I’d really like to see clearer updates and easier-to-find information before I’d feel comfortable trusting it more. For now, it’s only 2 stars from me.

"Pretty decent legroom on my Neos flight"
I was kind of surprised by the legroom on my Neos flight.
I’m not exactly super tall or anything, but I really don’t like feeling pinned into my seat for the whole flight. This time I could actually sit normally and shift my legs around a bit, which was nice. Definitely didn’t feel as cramped as some other flights I’ve been on.
It wasn’t some fancy luxury setup, obviously, but for the price, it felt really comfortable. I’d be totally fine flying with them again.

"Helpful for flying with the kids"
and we were traveling with our kids, so we had a few questions about seats and bags. Neosair.com support got back to us quickly and made the whole thing feel less stressful. It wasn’t perfect, but it was definitely helpful for our family trip. I’d use them again.
